Do I need to provide electricity?

Yes, you’ll need a standard outlet within 50-100 ft of the setup area. If power isn’t available we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

Do I need to be present during delivery/pickup?

Yes, someone 18+ most be present to sign and inspect the setup.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

Safety first! We’ll reschedule your rental if the weather isn’t suitable. Wind speeds above 15 mph are considered unsuitable.

Can the bounce house be on grass or concrete?

Yes! We can set up on grass, turf, or concrete, just let us know in advance.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We handle delivery, setup and takedown – you just relax and enjoy your event!

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Miami and serve surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply depending on distance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo and Zelle.

What services do you offer?

We rent luxury bounce houses, bubble houses, flower walls, 360 photo booth and event add-ons for all types of celebrations!

Do I pay a deposit?

You will be charged 20% of the total amount upon booking and the remaining balance will be charged upon delivery.
